Sustainability is not only about the environment, but is fundamentally about people, and the way people fit into the complex coupled human-natural systems of our planet. The need for justice, equity, and diversity while working to solve the grand challenges facing society is paramount. Solutions will require the voices of all people. Researchers at the University of Utah are working to understand the barriers that limit inclusion, and are dedicated to co-creating solutions that will promote justice, equity, and diversity.
